Program Overview

Have you spent most of your life taking things apart to see how they work? If so, the Mechanical Engineering, BEng (Hons) - Degree Apprenticeship is for you. We’ll develop you into an engineer who can apply basic engineering concepts and mechanical processes and use them to design new devices and systems.

Engineers need good problem-solving skills, taking scientific principles and discoveries and using them to design and build useful products. You’ll learn how to systematically apply those principles in order to solve unpredictable, real-world engineering problems.

You’ll be equipped with the skills and expertise needed to design, analyse and optimise mechanical systems.
