This LLM in International Commercial Dispute Resolution course is all about how the law can assist and facilitate the resolution of international or cross-border commercial disputes and thus world trade. International trade and business have increased significantly over the last few decades, and this has brought a corresponding increase in commercial cross-border disputes, the management and resolution of which is very different from the resolution of purely domestic disputes.
