The Foundation Year in Human Resource Management forms part of an integrated four-year degree programme, and is designed for students who do not currently meet the admissions criteria for direct entry onto the BA (Hons) Human Resource Management.
This Human Resource Management course will allow you to explore areas including business, psychology and computing, alongside giving you the skills, knowledge and confidence to progress to continue onto a degree course and have the opportunity to meet your aspirations.
This course will be taught over three days per week to allow students to manage study around other work and family commitments.

Our recent graduates have attained positions in a variety of HR roles including recruitment managers and training and development specialists. Students either aim for specialist HRM careers or use this training and CIPD student membership to enhance their general management career aims. Others launch their own HR consultancies and businesses.
There are various options through which a student can get a post study work visa in the UK.
