At Wilkes, you’ll work one-on-one with your professors, with small class sizes and mentoring that will ensure your success in the program. Hands-on, experiential learning with the focus on systems design, analysis and computer programming will prepare you to think strategically, solve problems and communicate solutions effectively.
Research is the cornerstone to a Wilkes education, and you’ll have the opportunity to explore research as early as your freshman year. You’ll also have access to WARLOC, the only supercomputer in the region. Funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation, Wilkes University’s supercomputer is accessible to all students and is housed in the Mark Engineering Center.
