This course combines real estate surveying with valuation, planning and development. It studies how commercial and residential property markets work and draws upon the economics of the real estate sector to gain knowledge of how they develop and the determinants of value. It also examines how urban planning regulates the development of property and value of real estate as investments.
During your studies you’ll learn about all aspects of property valuation, investment, development, property law and property management and this shall help develop a range of technical, communicative and interpersonal skills invaluable to your future career as a Chartered Surveyor.

The Honours degree in Real Estate Surveying is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is accredited under the Commercial, Residential and Valuation pathways. There are various options through which a student can get a post study work visa in the UK.
