PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

The two-year Community Integration through Co-operative Education (CICE) program is designed to enhance academic and vocational skills for individuals with exceptionalities and other significant learning challenges.

Students take core courses in topics such as human relations and communications, job skills, life skills, computer skills, and health and wellness. In addition, students take modified programming, with support from Learning Facilitators, from a Fleming diploma program of their choice in (subject to change and to availability):

Early Childhood Education

Courses in these areas have been intentionally modified to suit the unique learning needs. These modified courses will allow the CICE students to develop applied learning and life skills.

Scholarships for International Students

Students applying to a Fleming certificate, diploma, advanced diploma or graduate certificate program for January 2026 or sooner can apply for these scholarships.

Scholarships are awarded based on availability.

Only those students who have been approved and received a scholarship confirmation letter will be eligible to receive the scholarship amount once they have enrolled in their program.
The award will be credited to your student account upon successful enrollment after Day 10 in first semester of the program. For The Americas Academic Excellence Entry Scholarship The award will be credited to your student account upon successful completion of the first semester and registration in the second semester at Fleming.

Rest of the World Academic Excellence Entry Scholarship	Awarded to an international student from a country other than those listed above who has achieved the minimum English language proficiency requirements for their program as well as a GPA (Grade Point Average) of 80% or above from high school, college or university.
