This is an exciting and innovative course, facilitating an understanding of all aspects required to set up a new business or enterprise. The emphasis on entrepreneurship means you will develop creativity and resourcefulness, as well as hone and improve on your critical thinking skills and events management knowledge. You'll develop capability in technical, supervisory and managerial aspects of the hospitality business with a specific application to the world of entrepreneurship.
The BA (Hons) Events Management with Entrepreneurship focuses on how to develop a business through effective communication using a variety of tools; demonstrating strong consumer understanding and a have mind-set that takes measured risks, that perceives and creates opportunities and has the resourcefulness to pursue opportunities in an ethical and sustainable way.
