International Relations is a dynamic, rapidly evolving field focused on sources of conflict, cooperation and change in the international system. You'll work with Griffith's world-class academic staff in exploring topics such as diplomacy and statecraft, international security, human rights, globalisation and international organisations. The program prepares students for a range of careers in government and diplomatic relations, international business, international organisations, non-governmental organisations, media and more.
Major: Environment and Sustainability
This course introduces students to the concept of environmental sustainability and how it can be used to solve real world problems. It explores the relationships between the natural, rural, industrial, and urban environments, and includes the study of the impact humans have upon nature. The course also considers the way environmental sustainability can be used to address environmental, economic, and social issues in an integrated way. Assessment consists of weekly on-line tests and a written assignment.
