You’ll learn to be an effective leader of both people and projects.

Half of your courses will build a foundation in business administration while the other half will give you in-depth knowledge in your concentration. By giving equal time and care to the concentration courses, our MSA program is recognized as a strong, career-building program.

Engineering Management

Engineering managers are the link between the engineers and the business end of the organization. They need an in-depth knowledge of the needs of engineers and the decision-making talents of a management expert who understands workflows, budget restraints, deadlines and team-building. If you are an engineer who wants to move into administration or a manager who understands the needs of engineers, this concentration will help you add leadership and people skills to your technical expertise. This concentration is classified as STEM.
